I'm sorry if I have never told you this before,
I'm sorry if I ever made you feel ignored;
I'm sorry for all those times I let you go...
... all those reasons for which you aren't with me anymore.
I'm a coward, I know;
Running away from my feelings,
Acting like I don't care,
Pushing you away from me
As if I had any moments to spare.
Sometimes even I don't understand the things I do,
The sleepless nights, the restless thoughts;
All because of staying apart from you.
You tried to tell me it's hard, that it wasn't fair,
And I still pretended I didn't care.
I'm arrogant, selfish, cold and rough;
While you are like a ray of sunshine,
making nothing seem tough!
Our bickerings are age-long
The head and the heart, never in sync
But in the end, they are always together
Right where they belong....｡♡

'Head and Heart' the very definition of one of the most iconic couples ever.
Always bickering, but loving each other ever the same.

This is a little poem I wrote, my version of things, the head will write to the heart.
These two always indicate that sometimes you might not agree with the other person, you might be polar opposites, you might also feel neglected by each other at times but that never means the love and connection between you two will ever fade off.
Sometimes swallow your pride and tell what you feel to the other person cause in the end it will always be you two against the end of the world. Together. Side by Side.✧ .｡*♡
